After a few years in Switzerland, we are planning to move back to France and are therefore looking for tenants for our flat in Beinwil (Freiamt), near Muri.

The flat is about 45m² and also has a balcony (with a view of the mountains) of about 6m² and a storage room in the basement.

Ideally, we would like to sell all the furniture and even the TV if possible, to simplify the move as much as possible.

The oven, fridge, washing machine and tumble dryer are included in the rental price.

There is also the option of parking a car in a secure underground car park, with lift, right outside the door of the flat.
The building is new, very well insulated and quiet.

Close to Muri (6km) for all shops and services (Coop, Migros, Lidl, gym, restaurants, etc). There is also a train station (Benzenschwil) 3km from the flat.

The location is ideal if you want the peace and quiet of the countryside without being isolated. By car, you are also not far from Zurich / Lucerne (~35min) as well as a number of large shops (Ikea, household appliances, Decathlon, etc.) about twenty minutes away.
