• Attic Apartment – 80 m², 1.5 rooms (converted) with access to 80 m² or 90 m² patios
• City Flat – 150 m² over two floors, 4.5 rooms (renovated/converted), with 90 m² outdoor space (currently occupied; accommodates 6–8 guests; available upon request)
GARDEN STUDIO / EVENTS HUB
The Garden Studio features an 80 m² private patio, suitable for small private or professional gatherings (up to approximately 70 guests, 30 seated). An additional 90 m² outdoor area is available for larger events. In case of inclement weather, Marquees with detachable sides are provided.
Amenities include grills, pizza oven, fire pit and outdoor heating.
FLEXIBLE RENTAL OPTIONS
Designed for short stays, extended visits, or longer-term living.

• Weekly discounted rates are offered to guests staying longer than 5 nights - available upon request
